I want you to be training effectively and consistently throughout your program. Being injury-free creates sustainable change and in order to maintain this sustainability, I will customise your program to your goals, fitness level, current injuries and lifestyle.
Through my time in the fitness industry, I have learnt it is not about how heavy you lift, it’s about HOW you lift. To make sure you are performing each exercise correctly and minimising injuries, there will be in-depth video tutorials available on each exercise.
Your program will tell you the reps, sets and rest times of each workout. I will update your workouts every month to make sure you increase your training intensity and progress consistently to achieve your end goal.
Stay Hungry, stay hydrated and put those weights away when you are finished with them!

If you didn’t know you could eat food you enjoy and still get results, you haven’t had the right plan yet!
Proper nutrition is key to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to build strength, hit a personal best or lose weight, you need to be eating according to your goals and current body composition.
When you sign up, I will tailor your meal plan to your unique goals, dietary preferences and caloric and macronutrient needs. I respect opinions and beliefs on various food intakes, whether it be cultural or views of the world, I will cater your meals to your individual needs in this area.
I know life can get busy and sometimes we don’t have much time to meal prep and cook our meals. That’s why all your meals will be easy to prepare, simple to make and require minimal ingredients. I will also give you a detailed shopping list of all the ingredients you need to buy on your next grocery shop!
